Project Submissions
Your final project submissions, source files, and drawings will be delivered to you.

We will understand your project needs, explain our delivery model, and demo our Portal for communications.
Quotation
After we receive your files, we will prepare a quote containing project scope details, cost and turnaround time.
Project Kick-off
After we receive a sign quote, we will set up a kick off meeting. You will discuss details with our principal, walk through the entire project to understand details and prevent misunderstandings.
Project Analysis
Our principal will evaluate all project details and send out request for information (RFI) file.
Progress Submissions
Initial submission (PDF) will be sent to you for review and verification of your standards. We will wait to get your redlines before proceeding with the rest of the project. For projects that last more than a week, we send out weekly progress submissions so you can redline as necessary.
Final Delivery
We do our quality control and assurance checks before final delivery. Only after you confirm your project needs are met, we will send the raw files (dwg, rvt, etc). we will invoice you within 7 days of delivery.
Post Submission
You can review and mark up the final submission even after we've completed the project. We'll update everything even after the invoice is paid and the project is completed with no additional charges.
